Our story
Twelve years on the same corner.
Lions Gate fine dining started in 2014 with twelve chairs, one wood oven, and a belief that dinner tastes better when nobody is in a hurry. We named it after the old gate at the end of Brentwood Road — the one everyone used as a meeting point.
Today there is one private dining room and a long communal table down the middle, but the idea hasn't changed: seasonal plates, served family-style, to people who came together on purpose.
Birthdays, anniversaries, first dates, Tuesday nights — we hold a chair for all of them.

Family-style, always
Plates land in the middle of the table. Passing them around is half the point.
Seasonal by default
The menu follows the market. When the squash is good, the squash is on.
No rushed tables
Your table is yours for the evening. We'll never hover with the bill.
