How do I check room availability?+
The booking page checks live availability for your exact dates. Pick a room type and your check-in and check-out dates — if a room of that type is free for every night of your stay, you can book it instantly.
Can I book for a group or multiple rooms?+
Yes. Single rooms sleep 2, rooms with a lounge sleep 3, and the two-bedroom suites sleep 5. For group stays across several rooms, weddings or long stays, call or WhatsApp us on 00263 786582744 and we'll organise it together.
What time is check-in and check-out?+
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Late arrivals are always welcome — just let us know when you book.
How do I change or cancel my booking?+
Contact us on 00263 786582744 or info@lionsgatezw.com with your booking reference and we'll amend or cancel it for you. Every booking confirmation includes your reference and contact details.
Will I get a booking confirmation?+
Yes — every booking gets a WhatsApp confirmation with your dates, room type and total, and our team is notified the moment you book. You can check your booking status page anytime.
Can we come just to swim?+
Yes — day visitors are welcome to use the pool for $10 per person, paid at the gate. Overnight villa guests swim free. The pool is for confident swimmers only; ages 12+ may swim unaccompanied and children under 12 must be with a responsible adult. We allow a maximum of 20 swimmers per session. No running, diving, glass, food or drinks in the pool. Lions Gate accepts no liability for injury, accident, drowning or any loss related to pool use.
Can I eat at the restaurant while I stay?+
Absolutely — Lions Gate fine dining is on the same grounds, open daily 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Guests can book a table online just like anyone else.
